ExpertLevel.io is an online platform that connects agencies, business owners, and individuals with independent GoHighLevel specialists including consultants, developers, virtual assistants, and snapshot providers. ExpertLevel.io is not a staffing agency. We do not employ the specialists listed on our platform. We provide the infrastructure and marketplace through which clients and specialists find, communicate with, and engage one another.

Definitions

• Platform refers to the ExpertLevel.io website, its subpages, and all associated services.
• Client refers to any individual or business that uses the platform to find and engage GoHighLevel specialists.
• Specialist refers to any GoHighLevel consultant, developer, virtual assistant, or snapshot provider listed on or accessed through the platform.
• Services refers to GoHighLevel-related work including but not limited to CRM setup, automation workflows, funnel and website builds, snapshot creation and deployment, white label configuration, API integrations, and virtual assistant support.
• Agreement refers to the terms, conditions, and policies outlined in this document.

Eligibility

To use ExpertLevel.io you must be at least 18 years of age. By using the platform you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. ExpertLevel.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the platform you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Notify ExpertLevel.io immediately at support@expertlevel.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Nature of Services

ExpertLevel.io operates as a marketplace connecting clients with independent GoHighLevel specialists. The specialists available through the platform are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of ExpertLevel.io. ExpertLevel.io does not control, direct, or supervise the work performed by specialists. All service agreements, project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are agreed upon directly between the client and the specialist. ExpertLevel.io does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, timeliness, or outcome of any services delivered through the platform.

Specialist Listings and Profiles

Specialists listed on ExpertLevel.io represent their own skills, experience, and availability. ExpertLevel.io makes reasonable efforts to verify the information provided by specialists but cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any profile, portfolio, or credential claim. Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging any specialist. ExpertLevel.io recommends scheduling a discovery call and reviewing a specialist's portfolio before committing to any project.

Payments and Fees

Payment terms, rates, and billing arrangements are agreed directly between clients and specialists. ExpertLevel.io may charge a platform fee or commission on transactions processed through the platform. Any applicable fees will be disclosed clearly at the point of transaction. All fees paid to ExpertLevel.io are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Disputes relating to specialist payment are handled directly between the client and the specialist. ExpertLevel.io is not responsible for payment disputes arising from independent service agreements.

Refunds and Cancellations

ExpertLevel.io does not issue refunds for services rendered by specialists. If a specialist fails to deliver agreed services, the client must raise the dispute directly with the specialist. ExpertLevel.io may, at its sole discretion, intervene in disputes between clients and specialists but is under no obligation to do so. Subscription-based services or platform access fees paid to ExpertLevel.io directly are non-refundable after the billing cycle begins. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to support@expertlevel.io at least 5 business days before the next billing date to avoid charges for the following cycle.

Confidentiality

Clients and specialists agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, business data, or GoHighLevel account credentials shared during the course of a project. Neither party may disclose, reproduce, or use confidential information for any purpose outside the agreed scope of work without prior written consent. ExpertLevel.io handles all user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at expertlevel.io/privacy.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, workflows, automations, funnels, and materials created by specialists during a project remain the property of the client upon full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing between the client and specialist prior to project commencement. The ExpertLevel.io name, logo, brand assets, and platform content are the exclusive intellectual property of ExpertLevel.io. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without express written permission. GoHighLevel is a trademark of HighLevel Inc. ExpertLevel.io is an independent services platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to HighLevel Inc.

Prohibited Conduct

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information on your profile or in communications.
• Attempt to circumvent the platform by soliciting or engaging specialists outside the platform after initial contact through ExpertLevel.io.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Harass, threaten, or engage in abusive behavior toward other users or specialists.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or another user's account.
• Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Use the platform to collect or harvest personal data from other users without their consent.
• Violation of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

GoHighLevel Platform Compliance

All services delivered through ExpertLevel.io must comply with GoHighLevel's own Terms of Service and platform policies. Specialists and clients are individually responsible for ensuring their use of the GoHighLevel platform complies with GoHighLevel's terms at all times. ExpertLevel.io is not responsible for any actions taken by GoHighLevel against a user's account, including account suspension, termination, or data loss.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ExpertLevel.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform or services arranged through it, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, loss of data, loss of clients, or business interruption. ExpertLevel.io's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to ExpertLevel.io in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ExpertLevel.io, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses including reasonable legal fees arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your engagement with any specialist through the platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ExpertLevel.io provides the platform on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform or any services arranged through it, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Third Party Links and Services

The platform may contain links to third party websites or services including GoHighLevel, Stripe, and other tools. These links are provided for convenience only. ExpertLevel.io does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third party site or service.

Termination

ExpertLevel.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms other users or the platform. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@expertlevel.io. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.

Modifications to These Terms

ExpertLevel.io reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
